Hi all, has anyone tried The Tracy Anderson exercise DVDs. She is the dance teacher who gets the stars into shape! Xx

hi no not tried her stuff but im using zumba for the wii i have just got it and it is really good.

I have a couple of her DVD's, but at the moment, I'm just too heavy to do them!
I think they're quite difficult, and if you're not a natural dancer, they can be quite hard to follow. I hope once I've lost some weight I'll be ok though, because she gets results without making people's physique look too 'gym bunny', if that makes sense.
