Hi all
May seem a silly question this......
For those who have had the sleve operation, has travelling abroad affected you in anyway? As in, going through the metal detectors in the airports (I've read the staples are titanium and not sure if this metal is detectable) and also in flight? I've read somewhere some banders have felt tightening and even though there is nothing around your stomach with a sleeve, is there any effect felt when flying?
Sorry if I seem to be a stupid but from all I've read in forums of the sleeve operation I've not come across any sort of "travel" question which I guess may be something to do with there being no issues at all!
