tummy rumblings

i had my op 21st nov last few weeks ive noticed my tummy rumbling really loud is this normal and if so will it stay like this or will it go quiet embarassing sometimes lol x

I find this when I drink sometimes like a gurgling it is embarrassing, I had my op on 27th nov

ya it happens mainly when i eat or drink i was stood in bank at christmas an started after i drank my water really loud too lol x

sorry but 2 1/2 years later mine still can grumble for the World championships.
Think its something to put up with.
