up and down wheight loss

I wonder if anyone could tell me why my wheight loss is so up and down.
week 1 = no loss
week 2 = no loss
week 3 = 9 pounds
week 4 = 4 to 5 pounds

it has been the same now for two months first two weeks not loosing anything then bam it all comes off. Am not complaining just not sure why its coming off like this has anyone got any ideas? janey :eek::eek::eek:
 
Here are my weekly losses for you to compare.
I Think its normal for some weeks not to lose any weight and also tom plays a part in this.
I usually lose more the week after my period than i do any other week. But the main thing to remember is everyone is different and loses weight at different rates, It all depends on how much protien you eat too. I find if I don't eat much one week then I don't lose as much.
At the end of the day you are still losing weight so don't worry, You are doing Brilliant!!

Yes it does, protien plays a very big part in losing the weight, The more protien you eat the more you lose, Well Thats what I am led to believe and I always make sure i eat my protiens first with every meal.

Yes its a great feeling being at goal especially in such a short time, I am so pleased i kept a track on my loses every week, Its great to look back on. and somedays when feeling a bit low or fat lol, I look back at what i have acheived and the weight i have lost and think wow!!
 
im a bander not bypasser but my hormones always dictate my weekly loss 2 weeks off month normal loss on week i gain then following week i loose gain plus what i would have lost
 
fat-girl-slim, that weight loss is absolutly phenomenal - you must have worked so hard, and be so proud. well done you!!!

I encounter stalls all the time (admitedly, not for very long), but at least is always on a downward spiral, (i.e. have not gained weight at all since my surgery).
