I'm good thanks Terri. I start my pre-op diet (for the second time) a week today (8th Sept). Umming and arghing as to whether to do the milk one again, or the other one. I did the milk one last time, and found it really hard going, but I did it for a week, and kept to it, so I know I could do it again... decisions decisions. Will someone decide for me

If I had my time over I would definately do the milk diet again, I'm a bit of an all or nothing girl so I'd rather go without. lol. Good luck and keep in touch.
