updates b4 & after x

So I was going through some old pics the other day and i found 1 from exactly 2 years ago bearing in mind i was just over 25 1/2 stone, I am now 11 stone 6lbs down!

I looked at this pic and the reality set in a year 14 months after surgery how far i have come and how much I have changed as a person.

Not that I am arrogant as I have not become arrogant my confidence has grown people used to think I was a confident person but it was all bravado i no longer so paranoid although i still get bouts of paranoia.

having the Sleeve done was the best decision I madem and I know me doing it encouraged a friend of mine too seek help and she is now 6 stone down and 4 months post op I am so pleased for her !!
