I’m so excited to get my sleeve in two weeks! I’m prepared and ready and have done so much research.

But getting my surgical info, and reading about the diet, I’m panicked about those two weeks and making healthy choices with puréed food. I have started to try and eat meat and fish in preparation, but there is no way I can purée it!

    Is there a healthy alternative?

Mince purées well so I’m sure Quorn mince will be just as good. I made cottage pie and bolognese.
