I just weighed myself for this week just gone, and I have only lost 3 1b!!! I really thought I would've lost more, and I don't know what I am doing wrong. I am walking over 2 miles at a good brisk pace every day, I am sticking to between 500 and 800 calories per day (apart from 1 day when it went to 1000!!). I am getting in minimum 60 grams of protein daily. I really don't know what else I can do.
