:wave_cry::cry: i. said on a thread that an ambulance had been at my freinds and had gone away with blue light and sirens going. i was very worried as since she had a bypass just over a year ago she has never been well and had only been home from being in for 5 weeks just over a week ago. well tonight i spoke to her son and she is in intensive care at salford royal with septasemia and is in a very bad way . he was very upset and was asking me not to have my bypass . i love marie very much she is a wonderfull lady and i am praying that she gets through this . i know wat a great lot u all are so please can you add your prayers too ,,,,,,,, kath

i once had scepacemia after a non related wls op, it was one of the worst experiences ive ever had i was hulicanating and in a lot of pain, but it will get better and she will be given the correct drugs, fingers crossed she will be ok xxx

candie meningicockle scepticemia is blood poisoning basically, its not nice but is treatable. (sorry about my bad spellings)

ty all her son seems to think so the way he was talking although i would have thought something like septasemia would not have taken so long to appear although she as never been well since she had it done and as been in and out of hospital .she did have full open surgery if that would make anydifference i dont know. ty blue i love the little angels.......kath

ty liz that makes me feel a bit better . i know how bad and painfull it can be as my dad died from a perferated hernia wich caused septasemia and peritonitus its nasty

i had septicimia when my appendix burst when i was 11. i can remember being poorly but soon recovering. hope shes ok
