vit A

hi all going to throw this open to see if anyone has been told what to do.
We are currently trying a baby and i asked my gp about prgenicare, He said keep taking centrum as well as Folic acid as you need the vit A to replace what you not getting in your diet.
Then other people say you shouldn't take centrum because of vit A
Can anyone please help me.
