Hi all...
Was wondering if anyone can help me.. Just about to start LSD.. While I am pre-op I am taking norm vitamins...but after I need to take either liquid or chewable... Problem I am having due to being allergic to iodine it's really hard finding vits with high daily does of essential vitamin and selenium and zinc without the iodine in... Was wondering if anyone else out there had same allergy..
