I went back to work this week it's exactly six weeks today since my op I have to be honest I wondered what the hell I had done for the first three weeks but deffo on the up now and I don't regret op anymore
It'll be no time at all and you will join the rest of us bypassers on the losers bench Xx

what in particular made you feel that way in the first 3 weeks? im expecting to find it hard, just looking for some more perspectives and personal views

Ohhhh.....just for information i had 3 months off work afterwards, then went back on a phased return only doing a couple of little shifts for the first few weeks xxx

wow 3 months, did you feel you personally needed that? do you know how long is generally recommended?

Mr Small recommended approx 6 weeks but my GP just kept giving me sick notes so i didn't complain lol.
