No. I am getting a very bad feeling about it. Given that I have been told not to ring them I am waiting - despite what I said above! I have told WM that I want them to agree to me referring my complaint to the Ombudsman now rather than going through what will be a pointless meeting with the Chief Executive as fun as that could be. I am hoping it will give them the message that this is not a mess that is going to be swept quietly under the carpet.
Absolutley right Tranquil. Lets hope they are sorting your dates out so try and remain positive. i know it must be really hard but they cant ignore you forever. What frustrates me is that they all close ranks and forget your needs. I know its hard but they need to chat their way out of this one and you are already fearing the outcome so what have you got to lose? Fingers crossed for you Tranquil
