Warning for people skipping vitamins

Has anyone had problems swallowing any vitamins (i'm scared it will get stuck) or does everyone recommend the chewables? x

I was told once I am on solids, I will no longer need chewable

Weighed at Weight Management clinic 12th April 2011: Thought I was 26st 13.5lbs(171.3kg) turns out I was 27 st 6.5lbs, as scales were out.:wave_cry::cry::break_diet:
July 27th 2011: Sleep test (no sleep apnea)
24th Dec 2011: Funding Confirmation!!!

2nd Mar: Op date given, pre op started(On my old scales, so not sure of true weight. Gained some timber in stress time)
30/03/2012 OP date!!! 138.8 kg
02/04/2012 discharge 141.4 kg
06/04/2012 week 1 135.5 kg
28/04/2012 131.85kg
05/05/2012 129.65kg (20st 5.45 lbs / 285.45 lbs)
12/05/2012 130.90kg :cry::sigh:
16/05/2012 129.1kg (weight management)
28/05/2012126.6kg (dietician weight management Heartlands)
Achieved my century and under 20st!!
30/08/2012 117.73 kg (very slow progress)
8/9/12 18st 4lbs (116.1kg)
14/9/12 18st 3/8lbs (115kg)
30/10/12 17st 5 lbs (111.6kg)
23/02/12 16st 5.5lbs (back, forth plateau...very slow progress)
