Water biscuits

Not sure about rice crackers as rice can swell up but water biscuits should be fine. You will just need to check your amounts and try to make sure you are eating protein with them. I certainly plan to have them, they are on my list from dietitian. :)
 
I can eat rice cakes fine, but gave them up as I was starting to want them instead of proteins.
 
Thank you both , I will still have my protein but I was actually thinking for a snack like the marmite ones etc. X
