Weight loss graphs

Hello - happy Friday everyone (i'm bloomin' nackered!).

Some of you have got little graphs under your posts showing how much weight you've lost. How did you do it?

Don't want to put it on my threads but would like a graph to keep so I can stay motivated.

I'm so rubbish with computer stuff haha x
