well done matey!! zumba is a brilliant workout my male surgeon recommended it 2.5 years ago when i had my surgery and its great and fun!!! excercise how ever little is the best thing to help lose those pounds!

I've lost about the same with my op and LRD combined - isn't it amazing? Feel like I've slowed a bit now, but got my first fill yesterday (though only put 1ml in - thought they'd do more?)

Been told I can't do any exercise other than walking for another week or so though - had a hernia repair as well and they want to make sure that it's all healed before I do anything strenuous! But looking forward to getting back in the gym (though will probably have to buy new clothes before I do *lol*)

i couldnt wait to get up n do exercise tbh, a week after op i was walking the 3 mile beach we got here wiv dog, my weight loss slows down then i loose loads again it strange lol, i got my fill in nov cant wait!!! im loving zumba at the mo also bought an exercise bike other week but my boy broke adapter, getting new 1 today so cant wait to get back on that too xxx
