past my goal down to 11st
well went to the gym today and omg it was really hard going dr hassani said i had to do a hour each day well he has got some hope i did 10mins on the cross trainer and 10 mins on the bike and it nearly killed me but i am hoping it will get better it needs to as i am going to aqua swim tomorrow morning .so i hope this is going to get me fit and not kill me lol i will let you no:whacky068:
 
I think you should start off slow 10 mins on each as you've been doing and build up slowly otherwise you will feel a failure and maybe give up altogether. Swimming is very good not as strenuous and you'll proberbly enjoy it more. Do things you enjoy like maybe dancing walking while building up your gym work, good luck xxx
 
Well done Carol ! Like Joanne say, take it slowly and work yourslf up to the hour Mr EH wants ! Looking forward to hearing how the swim goes tomorrow !
