What a difference a year makes

I can't believe the difference my bypass has made.

I had my bypass in November 2011 and luckily up to now had no problems.

I feel 100% fitter even though I've still got a stone and a half to get to my goal.
I can now run, do housework without taking breaks every five minutes.
Dress in my choice of clothes - I actually can't wait for the sales to start.

All in all it's been a great year

Its a really great feeling when you finally reach target, I have been there about two months myself so know how you will feel when they tell you to stop loosing any more weight, just be careful as its just as easy to loose too much now as it was easy to put it on before your surgery.
