Firstly, don't apologise... we're all here to help each other and offer advice, so keep on asking!
Right... dumping can manifest itself in different ways. The most common are sickness, diarrhoea, sometimes vomiting and also feeling very drained, dizzy and generally not very well. It's akin to the feeling you get when you suffer and attack of hyperglycaemia - too much sugar straight into the intestines and they go haywire!!!
I had a little 60g choccie dessert that was less than 70cals last night, and I felt a bit quesy and thought I was going to have to go to the bathroom, but it passed after 30mins - I consider this to be dumping, as well.
Some things are not tolerated by the new pouch and intestines, and it really is a case of trial and error - we're all different and somethings are better than others, but it isn't always the same for everyone.
I haven't gone near custard as I dumped on a cup a soup in my second week and have been careful ever since!!!
However, I have been able to have NAS Angel Delight
Maybe it was too much, too soon...? You might be ok with it in another month. Try it again then
