What exercise is best?

As some of you know I cycle quite a bit, but my weight loss is quite slow at the moment.

I have just had some protein additions delivered, so hope this helps get my protein up, but I was wondering if there are any benefits to cycling over walking or vice versa.

My preference would be cycling, but if walking is going to burn more calories off, then walking it has to be.

Any advice would be appreciated.
 
You can always try to add In some weight lifting early in the morning because it actually will burn calories throughout the whole day. And then you can cycle in the afternoon or something. Another thing is swimming. That works out every single muscle. So that is also another great cardio workout.
 
do a mixture of cycling and walking ..............don't forget you can't freewheel when you're walking ;)
