Im flying out to czech on 13th jan to get my sleeve done and was just wondering whether anyone could give me a kist of thibgs i need to get before i go including vitamins etc.

Who are you having surgery with?

Oh and forceval are just about the best vitamins you can get. Either a script or ask at the chemist as they aren't on the shelves.
