Hi all just wanted to know the worst and hardest things I might have to deal with, straight after op...?..

Convincing your mind to stay strong! I cried and regretted almost immediately, I berated myself and just wouldn't give myself a break! It's not easy, so be kind to yourself. Cry if you what to, each hour that passes is a step towards feeling better and looking better!

agree with cicca.. Regret, and also maybe panic , but it soon passes as you start to feel better xx

Thank you I'm so scared ... As I'm not telling anyone apart from my mum and in laws, but they are sick of talking about this already! My husband is ok with this but I think he is happy that I don't go anywhere or nights out cause I'm so depressed with my weight. I think he will hate it when I start losing weight?..

It's only natural to feel scared!! and I am sure your husband will be happy for you, when he sees how happy you are losing the excess weight xx

Carre the hardest thing for me was sitting myself up in bed as my arms never seemed to be long enough to hoik myself up! Whatever your fears and worries - I am sure they will be a distant memory before you know it! Good Luck xxx
