boots, any chemist should do it. I found boots own version really good

I got mine from eBay - was cheaper than Boots. Make sure you get the chewable version

Do you know if they provide it at the hospital, because I don't know if I can get an "over the counter" version in France.

no they don't. I could send you some before you go as I've got quite a few left, my wind wasn't that bad (prob cos I had a drain in).
