M so pleased it is coming off now at last !!!! I'm 23 st 1 now 8lb since last Saturday 1st 12lb in the last 4 weeks I started pre op diet on the 10th feb . I felt pretty down hearted and just wanted something off and now my weigh ins will go to monthly I'm a happy bunny at last !
