finally got my first fill today after a 7wk wait and feels great iv also lost more than i thought i had so im a very happy bunny tonight have 5mls in my band but my band holds 14mls so got a bigger fill than i expected hopefully i get some restriction from this

i dont know if im hnest im guessing i had a big stomach lol im at the heavier end of people having the band as i was just under 25 st when it was done so i think that why but for first time in a while i feel really full up after my boiled egg and slice of toast this morning long may it last lol

i wasnexpecting it to work as it was my first one but im sure the next one will work better lol
