Waitrose Essentials natural virtually fat free yoghurt, the red one.
It has the naturally occurring sugars which aren't that low from memory. Definetely under the 5% sugar mark, but when you start adding the fruit and other bits 'n bobs that racks up the sugar levels.
I had the 0% fat free greek yoghurt and added a tablespoon of pureed fruit to it.....after i'd looked around for yoghurts with a low sugar content.....takes time to puree ur fruit but well worth it :-D
