Yes, there's some real hatred out there for the obese, those having WLS and especially those having it on the NHS. Its so horrible. I agree it makes me want to keep any future surgery to myself!:(

i was telling people, but maybe i wont now :(
to be honest i dont think i'll end up having the op anyway :(
 
There are always vile comments from the Daily Mail readers I'm afraid. I see on this one they are bleating on about gastric bands when she had a bypass - ignorance is bliss eh?!

What a transformation, the girl done good x

But I like the Daily Mail :( Or at least I used to, I dont bother with papers anymore, TBH I just dont like the Sun or the star and I dont understand half of the Telegraph lol So I used to get the Mail or the Express

Its so sad how people just dont understand :( So many times this surgery has proved cost effective, the bypass and the band are proven to be worth while for the NHS... I just wish people would understand that "stop stuffing your face and exercise" just aren't as simple as that. I guess its something you cant understand unless you have been in this situation.

and Annoexic's and Bulemics, lets face its exactly the same - eating disorders. But Killing yourself by not eating is easier for people to accept?

Maz is right, the Mail readers seem to hate everybody! There's always nasty comments concerning any weight loss story eg, at that weight there's no way she is a size 12, she looks older since she lost weight, she'll never keep it off etc etc.

I only read it because i like the way the online paper is laid out!:p
