    I struggle to pack the calories in too, I'm six months post op and certain foods still make me feel sick. I try to eat a couple of bananas a day,drink milky coffee and cheese and crackers are another stand by, my favourite and best digested food is a good old fashioned roast, as veg with gravy...

    10 weeks post op (I think?!) B= strawberries and a muller lite yoghurt L=cappacino and half a banana in pret a manger D=small portion of mince cooked with mixed veg and gravy and a couple of spoonfuls of mash snacks= grapes, strawberries and 4 maltesers!

    Feeling cold

    I have been freezing since having my op, put it down to not taking in enough calories to keep me warm! haha. Its not funny though, I sit with a blanket to watch TV of an evening, my family think I'm mad! x

    Severe pain yet again

    I've been in twice since my op with excruciating pain, my surgeon called it 'musculorskeletal' and apparently it can come and go for up to a year after your op. Hope you feel better soon honey xxx

    week 7 totally confused

    I'm week 7 post gastric by pass, have lost my way where food is concerned as I havent been able to eat anything and went back to fluids. Want to try eating again but dont know what sort of things I should try for....any suggestions:confused:??

    Wowser, that is an incredible amount of weight to lose in such a short space of time, hope you can manage your maintenance. We started at a similar weight and have both had by passes but I cant imagine EVER EVER being a size 8!!! Good luck and enjoy your full fat cappacinos!
