2 years Since Op

Hi All,

Well I can't believe it has been 2 years since my bypass and in that time I've lost 6.5 stone and kept it off. I won't say it has been an easy journey I still have issues with some foods but overall am I glad I did it?? Yeah I believe I am.

Even 2 years down the line I still come on this site to get inspiration and advice.

Well done on your loss, I bet u feel great.

I'm the same, I'm just two years post op

It was the best thing for me too. Definitely not without complications for me, and certainly not an easy way out but I'm so much happier now, and so much lighter lol. I lost 9.5 stone so far and I'm trying to get the last bit off for christmas.

Good luck to all those at the start of your journey, it is worth the wait and struggle. It will give u a new lease of life
