200 lbs

well got to 200 lbs this morning thats 14st 4lb in real money so thats the christmas challange out of the window
will have to reset the wieght so don't know were i'm going to end up,but it's a good thing that its still coming off 1lb to go then in the 100's club and 5lb to go then in the 13s all this in just over 12 months.
I would like to thank my wife for all her help and for puting up with me and all the mood swings you get, she as been a rock bless her,so now onwards and downwards as they say on here
