2014 Sleevies Food Diary/s

Yesterday:
B- small bowl of sultana bran ss milk
S - weight watchers greek yoghurt, banana
L - 4 finncrisp with soft cheese, turkey pieces, tomatoes and peppers
S - 1 pack weetabix breakfast biscuits
D - chicken breast and salad, 1 small pancake with lemon and sugar.
Pancake felt like lead in my stomach, felt it go down - horrible!!!
 
B- beans on 1/2 slice of toast & marmite (8am again, woohoo)
L- graze box dip and graze box nut snack
S- yoghurt
D- smoked salmon, cucumber, cheese & a random fishfinger
S- might buy some cockles when I take the kids to beavers/guides :)
 
Today
B- late, around 12 sweet potato fries with peri peri dip and a garlic mayo dip around a tsp each
L- small baguette, lurpack lightest with ham off the bone
D- m&s kids cottage pie
S- m&s choc frappe
S- m&s choc&pecan popcorn
 
I'm so jealous of you ladies eating bread - i just can't tolerate it, so no toast, crumpets etc.
I hope you don't mind me joining in.

B = 2 belvita yogurt biscuit
S = baby bel light
L = homemade quiche with FILO crust and salad
S = baby bell light and mixed nuts
D = 1/2 chicken breast, 1 roast potato, 1/2 Yorkshire pudding, carrots and broccoli
A bit later = yoghurt

Lots of water!

I was sleeved 15/10/13. I can eat almost anything but bread and pasta doesn't sit well so I just avoid it. But the smell of the kids toast mmmmmmmmm lol!

I'm the same with pasta, one wee bit of it fills me up, so I tend to avoid x
 
I'm 7 weeks out and been fine with bread and pasta since around week 5.
B- 3/4 slice nimble toast, lurpack lightest,1 egg scrambled
L- 2 ryvitas cracked black pepper, sweet chilli philly, red peppers, cherry toms, red onions,4 grapes
D- m&s kids spag bol
S- 5 grapes and a light babybell
S-gingerbread oatburst porridge with skimmed milk 3/4 eaten
Lots of coffee, water and a bottle of oasis
 
Today-
B- scrambled egg & spring onions on 1 slice nimble bread
L- 10 grapes
D- meal out, 1/2 portion of frankie&bennys calamari , ( only thing I fancied)
Lighter options choc pancake 1/4 eaten
S- m&s choc frappe
 
Thursday
B bran flakes (small handful), cranberries, ss milk
L Rivita, lurpak light, light cheese
S chicken pieces
T chicken and veg in a tomato & light creme fraiche sauce
S square of dark choc & half pkt WW poppadoms

Yesterday
B bran flakes, cranberries, ss milk
L same as last night
S light babybell
T chicken, veg sweet & sour with a few noodles
S fresh orange juice
1320mls

Think I need to try and break my 'treat' snacks of an evening as this is the way I worked when dieting before and if that has worked I wouldn't be here now!!!!!

The countdown is on!! One of my favourite puréed dishes was corn beef hash, yummy and easy to mash up x
 
Matra - SO doing corned beef hash! My Monday's food plan is scrambled eggs for breakfast, tuna mayo for lunch, and cheesy mash with beans for dinner :)

Massively appreciate any puree ideas!
 
Bad day food wise - out for the daughters birthday and the hubby comes back from LA
B- 1/2 chilli chicken mayo mcds
L- 1 slice wholemeal toast 2 light blue cheese laughing cow
S- 2 Reece peanut butter cups
D- marstons pub, orange juice, 3 tbs of tikka masala. 3 chips dipped in mango chutney, 1 small bite of naan bread
4 Hershey's kisses novelty American sweeties tut tut
 
Today
B- fresh pineapple, muller coconut Greek yogurt( fat free)
L- dippy egg & soilders 1slice wholemeal bread with lurpack lightest
D- inside of steak pie, 6 crispy potato slices, peas
S- 2 laughing cow light
S- small handful of peanut butter m&ms
Nas & coffee
 
PUREES TOMORROW...YAY!

Scrambled egg for breaaaaaaaaaakfast :D
 
Hi , I started my purée today woooppppeeeee .
Today I've struggled with drinks as I'm so fussy,
Breakfast : half a weetabix with soya milk
Cup tea
Lunch : 1 tablespoon of puréed advacado
3/4 tablespoon of light hummus
Cup tea
Fromage frais
200 ml melon juice fresh watered down
Cup tea
Dinner : 2 tablespoon mash with 1/2 teaspoon light garlic /chives cheese and tablespoon of puréed broccoli
3 tablespoon of puréed light rice pudding.
Cup of tea.

Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day with drinks .

L- 1 slice wholemeal toast, lurpack lightest, 2 tbs beans & 2 tbs scrambled egg with spring onion
D- roasted pork ribs in olive oil fry-light herbs &spice 3 ribs, tbs coleslaw, 1 potato wedge
S- m&s count on us raspberry mousse
S- 2 Melba toast with 2 tbs cottage cheese and pineapple
