They are so cute and certainly appropriate, I wouldnt be able to wear it till I have my op, but could be prepared I love unusual stuff I do crafting myself and suppose you could make one by having a dog tag engraved and buying the charm, easy to put the crystals on the bottom, but easier to just order I guess will have a look at the site
