Do make sure of aftercare with package.do not be fobbed off with it not being necessary as the surgeon has performed 100's of operations.no surgeon in this country would agree with no aftercare necessary.if you think NHS will be there to mop up problems,it MAY be so,but you may have to have a long and painful journey to get into the system.take it from me as I know.i don't no if it applies with companies outside France,but it certainly did with the one I was with. tu-liar.
