It depends if u want to be eating pasta. Ideally you'd eat the salmon then the pasta. Probably wouldn't of eaten it until all foods were introduced or of I was sharing with someone cause seems like a lot to waste otherwise

Yh I took the pasta out and had the sauce part. Was nice x

I have these high protein meals now and I'm 7 weeks out. I eat all the meat and veg first with a small bit of pasta. Usually I share it and add extra veg! X
