Anyone heard of Mr Jeremy Hayden at leeds

Hi all I was meant to be having my surgery done at Derby but I recieved a letter today, Iv been transfered to leeds Iv got to see Mr Hayden on 24th July.

The Funding has been approved by my PCT but Derby are now unable to do it, I have phoned Leeds to confirm my appointment and its going to be done by Mr Hayden I cant find any info about him on the net.

I was just wondering if anyone else's opperation had been done by him.

Also the lady informed me that the opperation has to be done by 14th Oct or they will get fined, apparantly its got to be done 18 weeks after your funding gets approved.

so only 16 weeks to go !!!!!!

I had my op at leeds but it was done by Mr Pollard, never heard of your guy but I'm sure he is highly recommended - its right that they have to have it done with in 18 weeks of your approval so the time will fly by - best of luck
