im having a funny time i stalled weightloss wise so have ramped up the exerice which kicked it in again but im feeling alot more hungry although i cant eat to much still the hunger is making me pick a little more than i was, im going to get a little fill in about a month befor the summer hols start but it not that it more mental and im not sure the best way to conquer it
 
Can't really help as I am a bypasser but could you try having a drink when you feel hungry as my dietician said 9 times out of 10 you're not hungry but thirsty HTH
 
hi serenity, hunger is often mistaken for thirst, try a glass of water or sugar free dilute juice and this should take away the hunger sensation when you feel the urge to pick, if i do still feel the need to pick i have a couple of sea food sticks as theres only 16 calories in each one.
 
I tend to want to pick at night time when watching the telly, so i always make sure I have fresh strawberrys, Or Grapes to nibble on.
But Yes the girls are right it could also be, That your just thirsty.
