Banders......breakfast ideas please??

I'm feeling good restriction now but I'm struggling for a good band breakfast!!
Any ideas/suggestions welcome x
 
I always have protein shake
 
I don't do breakfast so not much help either lol

Altho the info from my provider just suggests something which is crunchy and filling, muesli for instance with a little milk, or some form of crackers with a soft cheese.
 
Fruit, smoothie, Wetabix, oats so simple.....oh this is hard.

Porridge with fruit, or sometimes fresh fruit on its own, beans with a couple of slices of bacon ( no fat and grilled in george foreman), tinned tomatoes ( 2 plums only) on half a slice of toast ( brown bread), or I have a caprese salad ( beef tomatoe, mozarella cheese( good for you brand, so half the fat etc), fresh basil and one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil), or a bacon omlette ( 2 eggs, 1 slice of bacon ( fat cut off and grilled) - HTH - Wishing you all the best BD xx
 
Yoghurt, fruit and granola
Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, crackers
Crackers and cheese / peanut butter / hard boiled egg
Poached egg on a slice of toast
Oatso/porridge with fruit
Protein shake/fruit
Milky drink, dried cereals
 
what kind of protein drinks do people have? x
 
Chopped mushroom heated up with a spoonful of low far Philly and served on a piece of brown toast with black pepper on top ...x yum yum
