Porridge with fruit, or sometimes fresh fruit on its own, beans with a couple of slices of bacon ( no fat and grilled in george foreman), tinned tomatoes ( 2 plums only) on half a slice of toast ( brown bread), or I have a caprese salad ( beef tomatoe, mozarella cheese( good for you brand, so half the fat etc), fresh basil and one teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil), or a bacon omlette ( 2 eggs, 1 slice of bacon ( fat cut off and grilled) - HTH - Wishing you all the best BD xx
