hi all,
im putting this on to help other people thinking of going for gastric surjury i was told by the change4life that you had to attend a course at bdgh, i was given a yellow paper off my diet nurse, which said there was a course ran by andy who is at the hospital on the 3rd wenesday of every month at 6pm to 7;30 if intrested to ring barnsley change for life 01226-737060.
if its still going on its a great help they show's what you have to do and you get to ask questions, just give that number a ring.
