It's been a few weeks since I posted so I thought I would post a quick update ...
Had an appointment with psycologist yesterday to try and go through some issues about not eating , must say I was initially sceptical as I don't do all this " sit back , let's talk about it routine "....but I must admit I have changed my views some what as the appointment really has helped .....
And one plus thing to come from my appointment was that the psychologist weighed me and talk about shock !!....I have now lost 60 kilos !!! , or to put it another way .... That's 9 stone 4 lb in 6 months !!!!.....
