Has anyone used shake weight? meant to be fab for bingo wings.. have been umming & ahhing if to get one or not!

I've got one and it makes your arms ache but our problem is stretched skin not muscle tone. Not much you can do apart from having plastic surgery on that one. I've been doing weights at the gym for 7 months and although my upper arm has nice tone the bottom where the skin has stretched is all floppy.
