Erm not necessarily!
With a BMI of 27 that's only two above the top end of 'normal'.
I can understand a BMI of 29 which is bordering on obese, plus there may be other issues.
It won't be a case of you are slightly overweight, prepared to pay - therefore you get. That's if you get the proper pre op support/advice from a reputable provider anyway![]()
I saw 4 different providers prior to my surgery and 3 out of 4 said 27 would be there minimum. Thg were the only one out of the 4 who said they didn't have a minimum they would treat each case individually which is why I picked them. The others made me think they just wanted your cash.
