bypass daily menu -

HI all sounds like everyone is getting to grips with their eating habits, Yve is right you have to make sure you get your protein in, along with your fruit n veg. We all like carbs well I will put money on the fact that most of us used to eat a good few carbs, like we have said previously if we eat our protein 1st we eat most of our veg and then we have little or no room left for the carbs which stops us overeating. I have some antibiotics I am back on again where I have to take them 4 times a day, but they have to 1 hr before food or 2 hours after food. Which is sometimes difficult to fit them in. Sounds ok but its not really especially when I am at work. Breakfast is easy have that and a cuppa tea then hour later have my breakfast. After that it all goes tits up haha cannot get them correct. Some days ok some days not. Have a lovely day all.

Todays menu:
Breakfast:
Oat so simple with fresh fruit
S:glass of milk handful of nuts
Lunch:
Half a chicken and stuffing sandwich no crust
Snack:
Pack of Snack a jacks
Dinner: (will be)
Chicken in bread crumbs, beans and mash
Snacks planned for later;
Yogurt and some fresh fruit
A protein shake later on

Drinks: 1 small carton orange juice(rec one a day by my dietician for constipation because of my iron tabs), nas squash, and milk.

Carbs dont tend to sit very well with me, white pasta and rice is a no go ? white bread definitely not!! Potatoes fill me up incredibly fast so tend to eat no more than 2 mouthfuls. Whole wheat products seem to be better but still not great, i tend to eat a lot of cracker wheat with cheese as i can tolerate them far better. Someone mentioned dry foods, this is soo true i can eat much better with foods such as bolognaise with lean mince (wetter food) rather than chicken breast and such meats.

Everything is still trial and error 9 months along.

B: Baked beans on a slice of multi-grain toast. Milky coffee.
L: 1/2 bacon, brie and chutney ciabatta.
S: Slice ham and a babybel.
D: Pork and noodle stirfry.
P: Small banana with tsp peanut butter.
 
B - half an omelette, one linda mcartney sausage, 2 slices bacon with fat removed, tomatoes and a banana.
L - Moroccan cous cous, morrocan beef and cinnamon roasted veg.
D - fajita with sprinkle of cheese.
snacks - none yet.

S - Crumpet with marmite & laughing cow.
T - Leftover lasagne.

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water, nas ribena.
Exercise - 30 min street dance class, 6 mins rowing, 6 mins running, 20 mins treadmill brisk pace.

Hi all, hope your all ok. Here's my menu for today.

B - Fage with grapes and strawberries.
L - chicken fajita with cheese, Fage & salsa.
S - Two finger kit kat.
T - Caribbean chicken with pineapple. Small slice of baguette

Drinks - Tea, coffee, water, nas Ribena.

Exercise - Treadmill 15 mins brisk pace, running 5 mins, rowing machine 7 mins, 30 minute Abs class.

Evening all. Hope everyone is doing well. I have a bit of a bug, but hey ho.

L: 2 dutch crisp bakes with chicken and chorizo pate.
D: 1 1/2 sausages and 2 tbsp macaroni cheese, mushrooms and tomatos.
P: Banana with tsp peanut butter.

Exercise - 1 hour of Zumba.
 
Ate out 3 times today!! How indulgent is that, lol. Tapas this evening, the seats all so close together, my old brain thought - panic, I wont get passed. But just slipped by all those super skinny seating arrangements, no problem.

B: Ham, cheese and oat cake.
S: Latte.
L: Loaded potato skins with salad.
S: Cappuccino
D: Paella.
P: Slice Bara brith.

I've only just discovered fridge raiders. They are yum! I buy them instead of a bag of crisps when I want a snack and I'm out now. My dog loves stealing one too :D Do you guys find eating in public not a problem now? I'll walk downthe street eating now and not think people are looking at me. I would never have done that at my biggest. Maybe my head is catching up a bit :)

Breakfast - Scrambled egg.
Lunch - Subway Salad with turkey, ham and sweet onion sauce.
Dinner - Chicken Stir fry.
Snack - Apple. 2 ryvitas with lf cottage cheese.

Only 4 syns today. Went over yesterday! whoops.
 
Shelley they are a god send for a quick snack, i suffer with bad acid reflux and if i don't eat little and often i get a bad build up of acid attack and its very uncomfortable so its a quick easy graze food! X
