First thing: Weetabix on the go shake
Breakfast: cereal with milk
Lunch: chicken salad
Dinner: ham and onion pie 3 chips (pie was villle :-()
Snacks: cashews and melon and an orange

D BLACK PUDDING, TOMATO 4 GARLIC MUSHROOMS, AND 2" CUMBERLAND SAUSAGE ALL OVEN COOKED

TEA, AND COFFEE AND WATER
 
B: 1 Tablespoon of porridge made with water 2 teaspoons of sultanas
L: 2 teaspoons grated cheese with salad
D: slice of pizza & salad (failed after 1 forkful of pizza it was too bready)
S: 1 satsuma
 
You might be better off with a thin n crispy pizza or make your own with warburtons thins or those big hovis wrap type for pizza add ya own veg on top as well delicious x
 
I cant eat the Warburtons or any other form of bread even crackers/crispbreads are a no no I just thought I'd have a small slice as I was cooking it for my O/H :(
 
Another stressful day.
Anyway started off well with food but then...
Breakfast - 3 go ahead biscuits and small banana
Snack - skips
Lunch - aldi ready made Italian pasta, added King prawns and cucumber. Lovely.
Snack - pear then apple. Tummy hurt think too much acid.
Tea - chicken wings, 1 fish finger and a mouthful of bolognase. I know. What a mix! Just ate anything and everything when picking kids up from my mams.
Snack - 2 cookies and some cheese.
Off with the kids for the rest of the week now.

B: Porridge made with milk few sultanas
L: 2 slices of ham & baby toms
D: 1/3 of a grilled gammon steak & salad
 
B: Dorset foods museli with skimmed milk
L: 1/2 pot leek and potato soup
D: 2 crisp reads with smoked mackerel pate
Been in agony all night. Stomach feels swollen and tender. Think I didn't chew museli enough and ate it too fast.
 
Plenty hot drinks to push it all through. If it becomes painful and starts spasming you need buscopan its a life saver. x

S: mini twister ice lolly
S: 2 spoons of Thai chicken curry (big mistake. Poorly tummy did not like chillis!)

Still had really sore tummy today. Tried to stay on liquids/purées but got hungry this evening and had some Thai curry I made. Not good. Tried a twister ice lolly as tummy feels hot and swollen. Rested most of day as it is very painful to move. How long is this soreness going to last????? Can I take any pain killers? Been too frightened too as don't want to upset my tummy any more!

Are you taking landoprazole?
 
I would stick to the liquid type stuff and keep it bland will help the tummy. That's why the doc recommended buscopan she said to take it as soon as the pain or discomfort starts and take it for 4-5 days 2 tabkets 4 times a day and it sorts it right out. I know it leaves you feeling bruised in side not nice just keep up with your fluids, yoghurt might be nice and soothing. x

Lunch - super noodles 3/4 packet
Snack - raisins
Tea - crisps! 1 hot cross bun and 2 babybel
Snack - minstrels.
Bad food day. 2 many carbs.
11.3 stone this morn.

Been a bit quiet on here lately....

B: Fruit salad with cottage cheese (half a plum, strawberry, third of a small bananna and cottage cheese - bliss!)
L: Crackers, Hummous, babybel light
D:homemade Quorn curry and small amount of rice
S: apple and may have some flapjack...
