Theres is some really useful stuff in this long running thread. I think I might start logging my own daily intake. No time like the present :)

Today :
B: half a Danio yogurt mixed with 100gm Fage 0%
L: 2 boiled egss with 120gm baked beans
D: homemade chicken chilli with Taco shells and 28gm cheese

Snack for the first time since bypass ice cream yay, one ice cream snickers bar.

Total 966 kcals 60gm protein

Protein low today, but felt nauseous most of evening, hence muesli dinner. All I could face.

I diarised this binge. I was very sick after, vomitting etc even though not a lot of volume it was a lot of sugar.

Yesterday I had a couple of big handfuls of mixed nuts late on. Needed to take meds. Didn't weigh, probably added 300 cals or so to my totals.

*** so that two days on the run adding cr@pola late on :(
