D: reindeer burger, half a protein bread roll, low low cheese slice
S: cheese string, protein shake, apple
 
Yep thats right i ate rudolph and he was delicious :)

Not a great day today was struggling with a migraine this morning/ afternoon

Ive given up biscuits for lent. Not been interested in them for a while but now im desperate for them lol

I had a migraine. Meds didnt work at all. I get a type on occasions thats linked to my blood sugar being low. I eat carbs and the pain, visual disturbances and nausea stops but comes back in an hour or under.
Had them for years and was a worry for the surgery. This month is the first since surgery that ive had this type
