Been really hungry today, and yesterday. Not making great choices. Hoping it will pass.
Breakfast - go ahead biscuits and a banana

Lunch - Homemade chicken tikka wrap
Snack - grapes and 1 thorntons
Tea - homemade lasagne, plus a banana
Snack - few crisps and 2 Maryland cookies
Could still eat, but going to stop and try and drink juice instead.

D- beef, gravy, peas, carrot and swede mash
S- 1 Ryveta, tuna Tea, coffee, squash

D: smoked poached salmon fillet with small potato and peas
S: babybell light, also forgot, Starbucks skinny latte with sugar free syrup in the afternoon
Drinks: water, milk before bed

lunch - small slice quiche with grilled tomato
tea - quite a big portion!!!!! of home made chilli - just the meat sauce
snack - slither of victoria sponge, 1 banana
 
strange day of food for me too.

What eva I eat at the mo feels like its stuck, trying to be bit more careful, think gone back to old way of eating stead of taking my time gobbling it down and fancying other stuff not always healthy.

I AM on antibiotics at the moment so don't know if its that. I have had a sty on my eye for over 3 weeks now had 2 lots of antibiotic drops 2 different kinds and now have oral ones which are nearly finished x
 
brunch - was out of the house so went to a cafe and had a childs breakfast of 1 bacon, 1 egg, 1 sausage and beans and 1 toast. Ate about half - biggest meal I have had yet.

Dinner - small piece of cod loin (6 oz) baked with roasted cherry tomatoes and mixed bean salad - managed all the cod and 5 cherry toms and a good tablespoon of salad - delicious.

snacks - 1 banana and about 8 grapes

supper plan to have 2oz feta cheese with olives and 1 crispbread

weight not moved for 2 weeks - where am I going wrong (sob)

Lunch came back up must have eaten it to quick.
Forgot to take my banana to work so all I have was a plumb and some seeds and fruit so when I got home at 12.30 I think I ate lunch a bit quick.
Will have to remember to eat slowly even when I'm hungry. 24 week since op.

S - Crumpet with marmite & laughing cow.
L - same as above.
T - Home made Jamaican pork.
S - 2 finger kit Kat.

Drinks - Tea, water, nas ribena.

L: small portion of homemade chilli con carne with Melba toast. Didn't like the chilli so didn't have much of it, had two babybell to cool my mouth down as I made chilli too hot Lol
Didn't have much today so will have some fruit for snack.
Drinks: water, watered down OJ, milk
 
Had the most powerful hunger I've had since my op today. Dont know why, but omg it was real hunger. Hope it doesnt last!

D: had nothing suitably in so navy the mistake of having lamb chops, six oven chips and peas... Never again, couldn't see how to cut the fat off, so felt nauseous after.
Should really have some fruit but don't want to eat anything else.
Drinks: water, OJ, maybe milk before bed
Exercise: 20 minutes on rowing machine, 10 sprint intervals on arm bike, 8 sprint intervals on the bike... Basically means pedal as fast as you can for 20 seconds, really hard, then 20 seconds rest etc. Three sets of 10 repetitions on the leg press, pushing 55 kg, and 50 repetitions on my ab roller just now. Going to walk a lot again tomorrow and go back to the gym, or maybe swimming, on Saturday.

dinner - small piece of chicken (which I am still regurgitating gahhhhh with salad)
snacks - 1 skinny latte and 1/4 of a chocohlate brownie which my friend was eating

still no flipping weight loss

D: went out to chiquito's and I had a starter portion of meatballs with tomato sauce, melted cheese and some tortilla chips.

In the throws of my brand of dumping - sicky n sleepy. Stupid me, ate 1 square too much of chocolate! Monthly came early, so explained the massive hunger I had. Lucky its gone now!

B: Coffee and 2 breakfast biscuits.
L: 3 crackers and cheese.
D: Chicken and mexican rice salad. 1/2 pint cider.
P: 5 squares chcocolate.

Off to bed byes now.
