When does the tug go it seems sharper now than ever before its only in the one spot where the main entry was I still struggle to straighten fully or lay on my side ect..when does it ease?

Mine lasted about two weeks. It's just the muscle repairing itself around and underneath the biggest port wound.

Hang on in there, take regular pain relief even when your not in pain. It will soon be gone

I had the tugging and the wound was indented, I didn't really understand it so asked at my 4 week check-up. The surgeon explained he'd done some internal stitching in that area and that the dissolvable stitches would disappear within another 2 weeks. They did and the indent and tugging has gone. I'm three month out and can now even sleep on my stomach as well as my side! Every week you will see a massive change and things get easier and easier.
