Calling all post/pre op Whittington peeps

Oh, and if you do have a choose and book appointment you can call them to find out about appointments but they were quite unhelpful when I called. And they seemed to only have the same appointments as were available online. I ended up asking my doc to cancel my choose and book referral and send a paper one!! I'm not saying this is definitely the right course of action, but it was for me!!

It was the Reception Manager at my GP surgery that booked the appointment for me and then I received confirmation in writing from the Whittington a few days later. I'll ring them tomorrow and see what happens, nothing to lose by trying!
